Every security product is made of the same four things: what is connected, what is allowed, what needs approval, what happened. I have designed all four, for six years, for administrators and analysts who use them under load.

One hour with your customer’s users. I walk the product the way they do. Thirty minutes with your engineer on how UI gets built. Friday: the five issues that matter most, ranked, with screenshots; we agree which screens to fix.
The screens on the user’s critical path, including empty, loading and error states and the words on screen. Friday: a clickable prototype.
Three to five real users try the prototype on real tasks. I fix what stalls them. Friday: dev-ready spec, design tokens your tooling can read, and a before/after walkthrough.
Pilots are fixed price and start at ₹2,50,000 in India and $6,000 elsewhere. Most clients choose the full three-week pilot; a fourth week can add the artifact your customer hands upward, whether that is a board summary, an incident report or audit evidence, designed with the person who has to produce it. Larger scopes, monthly retainers and fractional design leadership are quoted after a 30-minute call.
Every engagement: 50% on acceptance, 50% on handover. If after the week-1 findings you would rather stop, stop; you keep the findings and owe nothing beyond the first half. I sign your NDA before we start. All work product is yours on final payment. GST extra where applicable.
Month to month, I keep the design system in a form your engineers’ tools can follow, check each release for inconsistency, and review new features before they ship. Priced on release cadence.
I am not a production front-end engineer. Your team builds; I make the spec precise and review what gets built. I do not do brand, marketing sites, or mobile consumer apps.
