- Led the enterprise design system for Skyhigh’s SSE platform, across ZTNA/Private Access, Cloud Firewall, CASB and next-gen reporting.
- Designed policy authoring for ZTNA, SWG and DLP; DLP data classification; DSPM analytics and advanced search; CASB’s SaaS API connections and its UEBA view of risky users; and what employees see when the web gateway or endpoint client stops them.
- Built its AI-native layer: machine-readable component guidelines and a production-token-bound style layer, proven by a 5-page microsite generating token-correct React from guidelines alone.
- Built the checks that catch AI-generated UI drifting off-system: on-system accuracy went from ~25% with the component library alone, to 65% on the first guideline draft, to 90% after testing and rewriting them. Regeneration rounds per screen fell from four or five to one or two. Found that documentation completeness, not phrasing, is what keeps generated UI on-system.
- On the Claude Code pilot: 111 component-to-code mappings in a month, and a working prototype that drafts account reviews from engagement and ticket data.
- Coach three designers, none reporting to me. One since promoted to Senior. Shipped six instrumented in-product guides.
- Wrote the UX guidelines for NSX, VMware’s enterprise networking and security platform — the shared reference designers and engineers built against.
- Designed a network status visualisation for monitoring and configuring large virtual estates. First-named inventor on VMware's US patent application 2025/0036264, published January 2025.
- Delivered visual design guidelines to interaction designers and developers, ensuring consistency across the product portfolio.
- Designed enterprise UX workflows and component libraries across domains. Won the Design for Social Innovation award at UX Design India.
- Designed guideline systems for manufacturers and buyers within India's largest fashion retailer.
