01Design experience

Skyhigh Security — Staff UX DesignerNov 2022 — Oct 2026 · Pune (Remote)

Led the enterprise design system for Skyhigh’s SSE platform, across ZTNA/Private Access, Cloud Firewall, CASB and next-gen reporting.
Built its AI-native layer: machine-readable component guidelines and a production-token-bound style layer, proven by a 5-page microsite generating token-correct React from guidelines alone.
Built the checks that catch AI-generated UI drifting off-system: on-system accuracy went from ~25% with the component library alone, to 65% on the first guideline draft, to 90% after testing and rewriting them. Rework rounds fell from four or five to one or two. Found that documentation completeness, not phrasing, is what keeps generated UI on-system.
On the Claude Code pilot: 111 component-to-code mappings in a month, and a working prototype that drafts account reviews from engagement and ticket data.
Coach three designers, none reporting to me. One since promoted to Senior. Shipped six instrumented in-product guides. The most-used reached 427 people, 35% engaged.
